Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Kids Pass ("we", "us", "our") provides a membership platform that gives children access to structured sports activities through partner clubs and facilities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from parents and guardians, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using the Kids Pass app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Parent/guardian account data: email address, password, full name, phone number, and preferred language.
- Child profile data: name, birth year, and an optional photo, used to identify your child at booked sessions.
- Membership and booking data: subscription status, session bookings, cancellations, and attendance records.
- Payment data: processed and stored by our payment provider, My Fatoorah; we do not store full card details ourselves.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account and your children's profiles, process subscription payments and renewals, enable session bookings and cancellations, support attendance tracking at partner clubs, send transactional emails and push notifications, and improve the safety and reliability of our platform.
4. Data Sharing
Child data is shared only with the activity providers your child is enrolled with, and only to the extent necessary to manage bookings and attendance. We share payment information with My Fatoorah to process subscription charges. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, child, and booking data for as long as your account is active and for the minimum period required to support operations, settlement with partner clubs, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
Kids Pass is used by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We only collect a child's name, birth year, and an optional photo — no additional data is collected directly from children. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about their children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Kids Pass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
